1st to clarify the reason I wrote this article. I have been gambling on the net or at a brick and mortar betting houses for a great many years. I have learned, the dependency can grab a hold of you and you won’t even realize it until you are broke. Particularly if you are on a winning run. I’ve gone through countless tens of thousands of dollars in a very short amount of time and to this day on occasion, I’ll go a bit too far. It seems you’re just having a blast until you decide to track your losses and the anguish settles in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can win it back" repeatedly. It never works. Then you become queasy in your gut and the harder you try the faster you are deprived.

When you notice that you’re up, remain on the UP! When you start to be beaten, do not tell yourself, "well perhaps one more" and again and again, believe me, this plan hardly ever functions. Say you’re playing on slots, have an amount set to the side before starting your play. DO NOT go over that limit, regardless how appealing. If you actually win, put that in a different pot. Don’t spend your wins no matter what. As soon as you’ve gone through your original set limit, bail out. Head out, regardless if it is on the web or at a brick and mortar casino, do not stick around. Always remember, there is going to be a different day, another time.

Always remember, gambling is assumed to be exciting not exhausting, nauseating work! If you are not having fun yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcannot manage the cost, don’t even begin.
